Welcome to our monthly Fluence community update. We love to keep you informed about the latest developments within our project. In November, we successfully launched The Fluence Alpha VM program and ramped up efforts to shape the DePIN ecosystem by hosting one of the most successful DePIN Days to date alongside Devcon in Bangkok, Thailand. Community Highlights

The Fluence Alpha VM Program launched in November. You can now deploy virtual machines with Fluence at up to 75% less cost, all on a decentralized network that puts you in control. Learn more and join the Alpha program.

The Fluence Liquidity Improvement Proposals have been passed and this marks a major milestone for the Fluence DAO. This initiative ensures upto $15k in USDC per month for market makers a loan of up to 2M $FLT tokens to support liquidity. Read more.

Platform News

New Capacity Commitments (CCs) are now available for staking: PikNIK US - 11 CCs (660 CUs), Kabat - 3CCs (361 CUs) and Protofire - 2CCs (148 CUs). This represents a huge milestone for the Fluence network. Stake your FLT here.
We’re excited to announce that $FLT is now listed on CoinDCX, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges in India.

Community Engagement & Events

On November 15th, we hosted DePIN Day in Bangkok, bringing together the local and global DePIN experts for a day of knowledge sharing. Read our summary from the DePIN Day Bangkok here to catch all the highlights.
The most recent edition of DePIN Day took place in Bangkok alongside Devcon and was hosted by Fluence in partnership with Spheron Network, Parasail Network, Livepeer, Reppo Network, Impossible Cloud Network, Arcium, Uplink, Open (RSS3), Ceramic Network, Titan Network, and Inferix. Throughout November, we released several new DePINed podcast episodes.

Ep. 29, “Decentralized Network for Renewable Energy”. Fluence co-founder Tom Trowbridge hosted Fredrik Ahlgren, founder of Sourceful Energy, discussing how Sourceful’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) connects small energy producers to the grid and innovative approach to decentralized energy.
Ep. 30, “The Future of Decentralized AI Data Networks”. Jesse Adams, co-founder of Uprock, joined Tom Trowbridge to explore how upRock’s crowdsourced AI data network leverages decentralized devices to gather real-time, local data.

Starting now, staking $FLT on Fluence is open to everyone. The Fluence NFT requirement for staking has been removed, making it easier than ever to support and participate in the network.
