What are FLIPs?
Fluence Improvement Proposals (FLIPs) are documents that describe standards for the Fluence ecosystem and the processes through which the Fluence community introduces, improves, finds consensus on, and implements updates to Fluence.
Authors use FLIPs to propose updates, understand and document community sentiment around the proposed changes, as well as to provide technical specifications and implementations of suggested upgrades.
